2019 International Conference on Virtual Reality and Intelligent System (VRIS 2019) will be held in Hangzhou, China during October 12-14, 2019. It's the workshop of ICGIP 2019 (www.icgip.org/).

VRIS 2019 conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences about virtual reality and intelligent system, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
2019 International Conference on Virtual Reality and Intelligent System is the workshop of ICGIP 2019 (2019 11th International Conference on Graphics and Image Processing). As an annual conference, the past ICGIPs had been successfully held in Kota Kinabalu, Manila, Cairo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo, etc.
此次是由浙江工商大学主办，浙江工商大学计算机与信息工程学院承办，四川大学计算机学院，中国海洋大学，英国朴茨茅斯大学， 中国仿真学会数字娱乐与仿真专委会, 西安电子科技大学联合协办， 杭州师范大学提供本地技术支持。
The event is hosted by Zhejiang Gongshang University, China；co-organized by School of Computer and Information Engineering (SCIE) of Zhejiang Gongshang University; co-sponsored by College of Computer Science, Sichuan University, Ocean University of China, University of Portsmouth; China Society of Image and Graphics(CSIG), China Graphics Society (CGS); and Xidian University.
VRIS 2019 welcomes submission of papers concerning any branch of the Virtual Reality and Intelligent System, and their applications in education, and other subjects. The subjects include AI technologies, interactive and responsive environments, Methodologies, application areas, and other topics related with Intelligent Systems, more topics
Submitted paper will be peer reviewed. As the workshop of ICGIP 2019, the accepted papers of VRIS 2019 will be included in ICGIP 2019 Conference Proceedings as a Special Chapter, which will be online and be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus. (Read more about publication Support)
VRIS is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build.
The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

Virtual reality can simulate the environment by replicating the existing environment. They can create a hybrid reality experience for users by combining external structural sensors with AI systems. Research in Virtual Reality (VR) is concerned with computing technologies that allow humans to interact in virtual and augmented environments.
